Future Energies International was formed out of 3 principle partners with a culmination of experience. Combined with over 100 years of experience and key industry contacts Future Energies International offers the core essentials necessary to develop energy projects for today and sustain the future needs and demands of tomorrow.
Started in 1966 in the Coal, Oil, Gas, and Nuclear Power industry designing and installing electrical generating systems for power companies such as: Con-Ed, Long Island Lighting Company (LILCO), Orange & Rockland Utilities, New York Power Authority (NYPA), Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, Utah Intermountain Power, Nevada Power, Arizona Power Authority, Big Rivers Electric Rural Utility, Boise Hydro Power, Centralia Power. Towards the end of the 1960’s the focus shifted towards wastewater treatment plants in New York, New Jersey and Las Vegas Nevada as well as cogeneration plants in New York and Nevada. In the mid 70′s after completing work at the Nevada Nuclear Weapons Testing Facility in Pahrump, Nevada the focus shifted into commercial buildings, casinos and hotel & resort power generation plants and their (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) MEP systems. This included emphasis centering on self contained cogeneration plants and integrated building controls. In the late 1980′s full service real estate development and development management for hotels and resorts began. This included managing all aspects of land acquisitions, property management, ground up new construction, existing building rehab and renovation. Component development from every aspect, from initial permitting, budgeting, contractor design engineering selection to general construction management and supervision was preformed.
Projects from the early 1990’s to today include in casinos and resorts, large hotel projects and urban and rural developments.
